OAK ISLAND, N.C. — Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Brennan Howard, a crewmember of Coast Guard Station Oak Island, talks about the 25-foot Response Boat - Small and its uses to attendees during the station's 7th annual Expo and Safety day here, April 28, 2012.

Howard was among the approximately 250 members of local and state first responders who met with the station's 629 visitors.
